Patented angle guides are able to sharpen knife blade thinness up to 1/4 in. wide & 1/8 in. high to re-profile the knife blade & restore edge to 15 degree bevel. Accessories include narrow opening & wide opening covers, hand screws, wheel covers & rotation shafts.
