Mason Blau & Associates, Inc. was incorporated in 1994 to be a full service architectural practice located in Clearwater, Florida. Prior to founding the firm, the principals, Michael R. Mason, AIA and Robert H. Blau, AIA, worked over a decade with a major regional architectural firm, serving clients throughout the Southeast. Each architect designed, administered and observed millions of square feet of construction all over the state of Florida and the United States. Realizing their expertise in Institutional, Health Care, Education, and Parking Facilities had become extensive, and client request for their technical design abilities was great, Mason Blau & Associates, Inc. (MBA) was formed to offer professional services that are personalized and responsive to an Owner’s needs. Because MBA combines large firm experience in a small firm package, services are tailored more effectively and fees are more competitive. MBA’s business philosophy is deceptively simple: MBA listens to the client MBA streamlines the decision making and communication process because the person responsible for doing the work is also the “expert” architect sitting across the table from you.
