Fitness Memberships are available for use at our Mashpee and Hyannis facilities. Membership begins with a Fitness Assessment and develops into an individual "Fit Plan." Our convenient membership plans and our outstanding staff are here to optimize your health. Our club connects with a strong support network of experts in Medical Health & Fitness. We have developed programs designed to provide you with more confidence, support, and motivation than you ever thought possible.
