Diffusion-bonded materials are available in alloys ranging from 300 series stainless steels to Monel® 400, Hastelloy® C-22, phosphor bronze & other metals & alloys. Diffusion-bonded products are available in standard size sheets or fabricated into cylinders, cones or other shapes with welded fittings, flanges or connectors. Standard products for filtration or fluidization applications with uniform pore sizes or controlled permeability are also available. Capabilities include thermal processing of stainless steels & other alloys, wire mesh annealing or sintering of customer supplied wire mesh in coils or rolls, metal heat treating & furnace brazing of metallic parts & assemblies.
