Marshall McCann Architects are the first Passive House Architects in Northern Ireland to design, build and live in a Passive House. Specialising in luxury, one-off Passive Houses - both owner occupied & development. Our first house won 'House of the Year Ireland 2019', and a RIBA Regional & RSUA Design Award in 2022. Windmill House won 'House of the Year Ireland 2021' & is shortlisted for an RSUA award in 2023. Our Kilmandil House won 'Energy Efficient House of the year NI & UK'. The House has been designed so that it has no heating or energy bills. We are passionate about good design....and believe that good design includes energy efficiency. The combination of both makes for beautiful, comfortable places to live and work. Founded by brother & sister Martin Marshall and Roisin McCann.
