Our preferred strategy is to work with homeowners to negotiate a deal that would convert these non-performing notes to re-performing notes. Marquis Financial Group LLC works with other investors, hedge funds and banks reviewing tapes and researching the values of assets provided. We work out the best possible outcome based on the details of each asset in order to get the biggest return for our investors.
