We provide a legal and business consultancy service advising growing companies on fundraisings (both debt and equity), investments, restructuring, M&A, exits, problem solving, commercial contracts, product and strategy development, employment, business immigration law, trademarks and professional service procurement. We also act as project manager for property developments and other areas where specialist advice may be required.
