Maritime Travel Inc. began with a single storefront called Maritime Travel in 1949. Since then, we've become one of the largest independent travel agencies in Canada. Today, our retail operations consist of 115 locations from coast to coast with 18 locations branded LeGrow's Travel in Newfoundland and Labrador, several branded Voyages Maritime in Quebec and Northern New Brunswick and the remainder branded Maritime Travel right across the country. Combined, our retail operations generate annual sales of over $322 million and employ over 450 people. Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies Maritime Travel has been successful in achieving this prestigious award as one of the 50 Best Managed Companies in Canada, every year, since 1998. In fact, since 2004, Maritime Travel has been included in the 50 Best Managed “Platinum Club” in recognition of having sustained a standard of excellence and leadership.
