Marcopolo South Africa Pty Ltd, is a South African subsidiary of the Brazilian multinational company, Marcopolo S.A., founded in 1949 that actively participates in the development and implementation of solutions for the collective transportation of passengers in the main world markets. The product line includes coaches, commuters, micro and mini buses models. Headquartered in Caxias do Sul/RS, it has three production units in Brazil and 11 abroad. It invests continuously in improvement, technology, and expansion, and is considered a world reference in bus bodybuilding, with more than 400 thousand units produced.
