We are experienced in machining everything from plastics to tool steels, prototypes to production. We also utilize 4 vertical machining centers, including 4th-axis capabilities. OEM manufacturers, aerospace, electronics, automotive, and agriculture sectors have all benefited from our ability to deliver quality parts on time. Production runs, prototypes, jigs, fixtures, hydraulic cylinders to precision weldments are all a part of our expertise. We offer in-house heat treating for small lot items and also the ability to surface grind and jig grind all of your precision tooling requirements.QUALITY … is paramount. The E2 Shop system helps us to track and affirm timely delivery of your parts, while an array of CAD/CAM software is used to efficiently minimize wasted set-up time and assure that all parts are made to print.
