ISO 9001:2008 certified industrial finishing services. Capabilities include zinc electroplating, chromate coating, and passivation. RoHS trivalent clear, yellow, and black chromate protective coatings are available, as well as hexavalent yellow. Plating services are available for various substrates, including carbon steel, heat treated steel, high tensile steel, and zinc die castings. Passivation services are available for stainless steel. Baking for high tensile components and sealer for salt spray protection is available. Plating tolerances range from 0.1 in. to 0.5 in. thickness, and can be measured and controlled. Parts up to 3 ft. 6 in. in length and 35 lbs. can be plated.
