Our Ancient Grains include Amaranth, Teff, Sorghum, and Millet, plants that are essentially unchanged from hundreds of years ago. The result is a nutritious, fiber-rich, great-textured food that is delicious and superior in taste, texture and nutrition to the vast majority of typical rice and corn based gluten free foods.
Manini’s gluten free Ancient Grain products are developed and produced manufactured in a dedicated facility free of gluten, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish, and shellfish. Batches are constantly tested for gluten to less than 10 ppm and are certified gluten free by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG), and all ingredients used are non-GMO. All of our products are also approved by the Whole Grain Council and our fresh pastas are certified Kosher.
