Management Development Services (MDS) is a leading company in management development and leadership training in the greater China and Asia Pacific regions. With a staff of 30, and a training and executive coaching team of over 40 experienced people, MDS trains major international and key local companies across the region. MDS trains in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese and Korean and we train from junior managers to the senior leadership team. MDS designs and delivers programmes, and consults on leadership, management skills and personal & business skills development. We are the sole distributor and certification centre for the MBTI and FIRO-B psychometric instruments in the region, and we have a team of experienced executive coaches who provide 1-2-1 coaching to senior executives around the world through our sister company OI Partners.
