Marcel Thireau created Les Maisons Socoren in 1981 after having held important positions in two leading companies in the building sector. Born in Angers, the company is now present in Laval, Le Mans, Nantes (La Chapelle sur Erdre), Vannes, Angers, Alençon, Ifs, Rennes (Brécé), Saint-Brieuc, Villedieu-les-Poëles, Valognes . Every year, your home builder builds more than 600 single-detached homes throughout the Greater West.
