Mr. Joseph Plutino, Mainline’s founder, president and principal planner has over 35 years of experience and has successfully managed a wide variety of projects. Working closely with a broad spectrum of professions including but not limited to engineers and architects, we provide a multi-disciplinary approach to land use development. Our specialties are in comprehensive design applications including developments by site plan and community-scale developments by plan of subdivision. We offer fulsome services from the initial due diligence, design, and application stage to the issuance of building permits through to final buildout. Our services include all forms of development applications such as minor variance, site specific and comprehensive zoning bylaw amendments, official plan amendment, condominium development including the conversion of existing multi-tenanted employment and residential rental properties, and the subdivision of major land parcels.
