Maine Cooperative Development Partners is a new company in Portland, Maine committed to building neighborhoods where the elements that constitute quality of life—access to green space, healthy lifestyles, community, privacy, and affordability—are not at odds with each other. We use Limited Equity Cooperatives as a form of ownership to create options for people of all ages, backgrounds, and incomes to live in harmony with nature and their neighbors.
