Magdalen College School Brackley provides a high quality of education to pupils from age 11 to 18 through a wide range of academic subjects.
Pupils who attend Magdalen College School Brackley achieve well because they work hard and are well-taught. Our teaching staff are well-qualified and have the expertise to work with the wide range of pupils that attend our school. Many go on to the very best universities in the country and take up apprenticeships and other training. Our aim is to ensure that, whatever their chosen future, they are well supported in getting there.
We take great pride in the work we do to support pupils’ individual personal development; we believe in educating the whole person, not just prepare them for exams. This takes a number of forms and includes the wide range of extra-curricular activities and educational visits, our “Extended Learning Days” and our first-rate pastoral provision.
Our forward-looking school is very proud of its long and distinguished history. An academy, since 2013, Magdalen is state-funded and provides mainstream education to young people from age 11 to 18. Our founders, Magdalen College Oxford, and Magdalen College School in Oxford maintain their close working relationship with us and both are represented on our board of trustees and governors.
