MacalloHarlin Mendrofa Advocates (“MHM”) is an Indonesian law firm based in Jakarta. The firm is a merger of two law firms, MacalloHarlin and Mendroflaw Advocates. The founders of the two firms once practiced together at one of the largest firms in Indonesia from 2010 before they launched their respective firms back in early 2016. MHM provides professional and high-quality legal services, delivered efficiently. We believe that the value of our services exceeds the cost charged to our clients. We honor the trust of our clients by fully understanding their interests, needs and objectives, based on which we formulate and provide commercially tailored solutions that meet, if not exceed, our clients’ expectations. In doing so, we adhere to an analytical, practical, and ethical approach. MHM knows the business and the people. During our time in practice, we have built good communication and working relationships with Indonesian government institutions and regulators, as well as eminent legal scholars, such as retired Supreme Court judges and professors in top universities, which is beneficial for our clients. We assist both multinational and local organizations in day-to-day and more complex legal matters, including cross border disputes or transactions. We have represented clients before domestic as well as international forums. We have also worked with lawyers from different jurisdictions, enabling us to take on work in international settings.
