Originally founded for the century-long task of conversion in Mannheim, we now see ourselves as a holistic urban development company. Our main task is still the conversion of the military areas that the US forces gave up after 2010. We are putting these sites back on Mannheim's city map, developing liveable neighbourhoods and innovative commercial areas, and are the link between politics and administration, investors, and residents.
