Murotech Ohio manufactures precision stamping and grinding. The stamping presses range from 60 tons to 600 tons. In addition, MTO has treated furnaces and component assembly machines. They have 2 types of CNC machines. The machines are set to constantly run the same type of parts. Their assembly area uses custom-built machines to assemble parts to customer specifications. In the grinding area, they have nissei double disc grinding machines that are capable of holding tight thickness and flatness specifications. In their heat treat process, they have DOWA gas soft nitride and carburizing furnaces. They do in-depth quality checks after processing, using rockwell hardness testers, microvickers, macrovickers, and microscopes to examine compound layer.
