The School of Journalism at Middle Tennessee State University offers an internationally recognized and accredited program that equips students with conceptual, professional, and technological knowledge to succeed in today's and tomorrow's work environment. Academically distinguished and professionally experienced faculty are your teachers. The School emphasizes the fundamentals—writing, reporting, and ethics—along with contemporary media topics. The School of Journalism is part of the College of Media and Entertainment, that includes the Center for Innovation in Media, two university radio stations, WMOT-FM, and WMTS-FM, and the school newspaper, Sidelines, along with TV broadcast studios.
