Once complete we can then run our facility output simulation to ensure production targets can be meet efficiently and cost effectively. MMCC then guide our clients through the facility setup process and assist in writing all documentation such as WHS, SOP’s, & ITP’s. Once in live production we will assist the production team in manufacturing their first projects to ensure the custom tailored production system and processes are efficient and working to their full potential.
