Hello Everyone My name is Georgee, and I am the Manager here at MMB Education. I firstly wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself before we can begin our working relationship; Hi! The reason for my post is to try and utilise the new way of recruiting as effectively as possible. Now I have been lead to believe by media (ironically) that we focus a lot of our time on different forms of social media/ browsing different websites etc; and even though we are doing this on our phones most of the time, we aren’t actually on the phone, talking. As much as I feel this is a shame, due to loving to have a chat; I must turn my frown upside down and start to follow the trend. So here it goes. My focus at MMB Education is to source the BEST teachers and match them into the PERFECT schools or to work with the BEST schools and match them with the PERFECT teachers. “Putting teachers and Schools at the centre of what we do.” I still hold my traditional values of recruitment, by really understanding each individual to figure out exactly what you are looking for, both Teachers and Schools. I believe the most efficient way of understanding, and building our working relationship is truly built on the basis of conversation.
