In our first 4 years we have launched a non-executive academy and future leaders forum, built an interim search arm for the business, facilitated an internship program and most recently, developed a specialist tech exec search team. As we enter into our 5th year of trading, we intend to further develop our specialist divisions within MM Search that will be led by industry experts, helping us to continue to deliver for our clients.
