The underlying philosophy of our firm is “Growth from Within.” This mindset provided the foundational underpinning of the Management structure that represents our Professional Resources and Regional offices and Administrative functions as we grew from 5 employees to over 300 in the past 35 years. The current Board of Directors is made up of Founding Principals and Next Generation Leaders who, without exception, came from within our organization. Our 10 professional disciplines evolved from both Local and International experience and are found in our 23 fully-staffed offices located throughout the continental United States.
