Milwaukee's Best Bratwurst! As featured in Maxim magazine as the best brat! We serve food til 2am 7 days a week. Also offer a free shuttle to all Brewers home games and Summerfest! Our beers are served two at a time to keep you balanced! Beer garden in front and back of the restaurant! Established in 2008. Jack Schaefer and Mike Kellogg opened the Milwaukee Brat House in 2008. Jack had a vision on serving Milwaukee's best bratwurst. No better location then across the street from Usingers Famous Sausage. Jack passed away after a battle with cancer in 2008 and his brother Scott Schaefer stepped in to keep his vision of a Brat House in Milwaukee alive.
