We are establishing a state-of-the-art system for evaluating meat quality using the latest image analysis technology developed jointly by the Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine and Meat Image Japan, aiming for the practical application of a specialized camera for photographing carcasses in the livestock industry. In addition, we have established the "carcass database" to put it into practical use and provide the analysis results to various fields to contribute to the further development of the livestock industry.
