We are MIB CAPITAL CORPORATION, established in 1972 as Multinational Investment Bancorporation. In over five decades of operation, we have made available a wide array of financial, investment, advisory and related services to a broad spectrum of selected clients. Presently, we provide a range of financial advisory services that meet the needs of our clients across the varied stages of their development. We are totally professional, independent from any family or external business shareholder groups and very private. The interests of our clients precede the interests of our institution which, in turn, precede our personal interests. We are internally structured as a Corporate Partnership. While we are SEC registered as a corporation, we behave like a partnership where our officer-partners pledge their personal assets to the institution to manifest their total commitment against conflicts of interest involving their professional acts.
