MB Metallic Bellows design, manufacture and inspect our product line of Bellows, Expansion Joints and Hoses from our manufacturing unit in India. We make both metallic and non metallic compensators ranging in sizes from 1/2" Dia to over 8000 mm Dia in circular and any size in rectangular shapes. Our product line spans stainless steel as well as high nickel material for high temperature as well as cryogenic applications for high pressure as well as vacuum based systems. Our quality credentials include our workshop being ASME Code Stamped shop for "U" designation. We provide PED certified bellows and are IBR registered. We can provide type test certificates witnessed by third party inspection agencies where required. With ISO 9001:2015, we are actively looking at strengthening the quality assurance program of the company. Further the company is geared to provide MED, Gost certified products where required. The internal design team of MB Metallic Bellows is involved in engineering the products based on customer requirements with inhouse FE analysis, 3D and 2D capabilities. We have the expertise to design pressure vessels based on ASME BPVC and are actively involved in providing assemblies not only with the bellow element and other pressure parts and structural items.
