I am an experienced business consultant who has performed senior executive roles in Blue Chip Global Companies and various roles in SMEs. I have gained a wide range of skills including business analysis, the ability to increase profits through reducing your costs, raising productivity levels and ensuring you have an effective sales and marketing strategy, maximising the effectiveness of your existing team and reviewing and updating processes. This is achieved and implemented initially through a consultation process which involves discussion with you to identify and understand the main business issues and then to agree, devise and implement an action plan to address them, including the full engagement of your team. My role as an Accredited Business Adviser with the IBD group gives me access to a network of over 200 colleagues which means no matter what your problem I can source the expertise and knowledge to help.
