Mazam

MAZAM is a project management and program development agency founded in 2011 by young Tunisian entrepreneurs Ali Mnif and Faycel Terzi. MAZAM is a very active entrepreneurial actor in the Tunisian and greater Maghreb ecosystem by providing project management services to different components of the entrepreneurial scene. After only 6 years, MAZAM has developed an expertise in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of entrepreneurial interventions. MAZAM’s interventions are: event creation counseling and projects execution project management capacity building training monitoring & evaluation (M&E) MAZAM has managed different initiatives across a range of sectors for projects lasting up to one year. MAZAM has worked with a wide variety of partners, including startups, banks, VC/PE firms, NGOs, small/medium enterprises, incubators, accelerators, coworking spaces as well as the Tunisian government and a number of embassies from around the world. In addition to its core consulting services, MAZAM extensively researches the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Tunisia, in particular documenting the efficiency of the entrepreneurial interventions post 2011.
