Dr. Rocafort has come to Denver, Colorado from Sioux City, IA. Prior to clinical practice, Dr. Rocafort received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN and his Bachelor of Natural Science degree from the University of Puerto Rico. Adding to his scope of practice, Dr. Rocafort completed the Clinical Acupuncture certification for Chiropractors at Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWCC) MN. He is certified as a National Chiropractic Sport Practitioner (CCSP) and in 2013 he finished the International Chiropractor Sport Certification (ICCSP). In 2016 he started his Diplomate in Sport Chiropractic Medicine. He is also certified in Chiropractic Biophysics, Graston Technique, Active Release Technique (Upper extremity, Lower Extremity, Spine, Nerve Entrapment and Masters Course), Reiki I & II, Reiki Master, he has also finished the post graduate training: “Whiplash Injury Biomechanics & Traumatology 2017, by Spine Research Institute of San Diego" and he finished and got certified on Whiplash Biomechanics & Injury Traumatology, Advanced Certification, by Spine Research Institute of San Diego, 2017. Dr. Rocafort has a few Nutritional certification. On 2007 he completed the Certification Program of Nutrition. He is a candidate for CCN Certified Clinical Nutrition. On January 2014, he finished the Sport Nutrition and Performance Certification. Dr. Rocafort finished on 2021 Access Consciousness Bars Certification. He has worked with athletes all around the USA in events like the Iron Man (triathlon) and National Track and Field Championships (2011-2015). He was selected among the few to work the Olympic training Center for a few weeks in preparation for future participation as a doctor for the Olympics. He is the former treating chiropractor for the Sioux City Explorers (Independent Baseball Association) and Sioux City Musketeers (United State Hockey League). Dr. Rocafort has been the treating chiropractor for Crossfit Omnia team at the Crossfit Games 2016 and 2017. Dr. Rocafort also holds active memberships with the ACA and he served as a Board of Directors with the Colorado Chiropractic Association (2016-2022). On May 2022 he was appointed by Governor Jared Polis to serve as a board member of the Colorado Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Rocafort has been appointed adjunct clinician of Logan University. His special clinical interests include pain management, acupuncture, sport injuries, myofascial treatment for repetitive injuries, extremity adjusting, nutrition, and spinal rehabilitation. He also has great success with motor vehicle accidents and work injuries by reducing the healing period of an injury.
