Our history dates to 1972, when Bernard Marionnaud opened his first store in France so that men and women could find perfumes, make-up and skincare products all in one convenient location. Today, Marionnaud has over 1,000 stores in 8 countries across Europe, including France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Having said that, one of our most important stores these days is of course our online store, which has been launched in 2013.
Marionnaud is strongly committed to developing its employees’ professional skills. For example, in France, Marionnaud has its own “Marionnaud Academy”, which provides both physical and digital trainings for all employees. As digitalisation of our customer experience is a priority for us, digital trainings are developed by our teams to support this strategy.
