The Company is headed by Capt. Stanley Jesudason (Master Mariner) as Managing Director and Mr. Venu Menon, a Marine Engineer, as Director. Capt. Jesudason has 24 years’ sea experience, with ten years in command and about 16 years as a marine superintendent, commercial manager, international marine consultant and ship operator. Mr. Menon is an international marine business executive with over 35 years of diverse experience in all aspects of shipping, international trade, project development and management. Together they have over 75 years’ experience in varied shipping activities. Associate Director Dr. Nirmala Jesudason, has administration and planning experience in this field. The team of Marcons consists of over 120 experienced and highly dedicated professionals with a commitment to fulfill requirements of clients with international standards of practice.
