Malcast Engineers We “Malcast Engineers” founded in the year 1982 are a renowned firm that is engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide assortment of Industrial Bolts, Screw And Studs, Industrial Nuts , etc. We have a wide and well functional infrastructural unit that is situated at Ludhiana (Punjab, India) and helps us in making a remarkable collection of products as per the global set standards. In addition to this, we are also involved in offering optimum quality Phosphate Coating Service, Hot Dip Galvanizing Service and Zinc Flake Coating Service to our valuable clients. We are a Sole Proprietorship company that is managed under the headship of "Mr. Vaibhav Khanna" (Managing Director) and have achieved a significant position in this sector. Malcast Engineers was established by Mr. Vijay Khanna. The company was started with providing hot dip galvanizing services for the telecommunication, railways and export-oriented goods. The company was first of its kind in North India to provide services for corrosion protection. In 1986 the company started the manufacturing of quality fastener for the electrical and tower industry. From the very beginning, the motto was concentrate on quality with timely delivery. Initially, our supplies were in electrical and construction industry but now Malcast Engineers is supplying to the oil sector, automobile sector, power generation sector paper industry, windmills sectors and many more as per customer drawing. Due to our immense experience in the corrosion prevention field, we started the project of development of zinc flake coatings in 2007. After 5 years of rigorous in-house R&D, we developed our range of chrome-free zinc flake coatings with the brand name ZERCOR which signifies ‘Zero Corrosion'. The coating basically a low-temperature curing duplex coating model and far more convenient in application than the traditional chrome based or chrome-free three component system which has some drawbacks.
