MAB is an independent consultancy, based in Yorkshire, registered with the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management and the Society for the Environment. We have been trading since 2000. We offer a bespoke service which has been appreciated over the last 18 years by many local estates, land owners and developers. Our services are reliable, professional and discreet. We have obtained over 110 protected species licences for developers. MAB Environment & Ecology Ltd specialises in bat and other European Protected Species surveys and licences (badgers, barn owls, great-crested newts, otters, water voles). Other primary services include BREEAM Ecology Reports, Impact Assessments and Environmental Statements for EIA, botanical vegetation surveying (NVC as well as Phase 1 Habitat Surveys), bird surveys, other ecological surveys, agri-environment, and project management.
