In 1997, he sold the North Texas franchise to Service Master Terminix International and remains connected to the industry through business and social ventures. Through his years of dedication to growing the franchise, Mike internalized invaluable lessons from his employees and mentors, laying the foundation for the strong work ethic practiced by MTE today.
