Lumen Living

Lumen Living is a builder and manager of premium quality, well located, highly sustainable homes built for people with disabilities funded within the NDIS, Specialist Disability Housing scheme. The management team has between them, several decades of property experience across a range of disciplines such as building, development, project management and hospitality with multiple award-winning projects under their stewardship. We build and manage the homes with the end user at the forefront of our decision making. The homes themselves are designed based on years of experience in construction, design and delivery of homes including aged care and homes for people with disabilities. Each home is also reviewed by registered NDIS SDA Assessors, our design advisors and our staff, some of whom are SDA recipients with a background in building, construction and project management themselves.
