This heritage and knowledge of the region gives us a total connection with the Loch and the Land. With care we hand pick our premium juniper berries from our own rare native crop of 'Black Gold'. When they are distilled with local botanicals and combined with rich, full bodied Loch Ness water, it creates a unique and sophisticated depth of flavour that no other gin can deliver.
