It can be challenging to stay updated on fast moving state policies and programs. By pooling resources, LGSEC leverages the expertise of its members to achieve far more than one organization could accomplish alone. LGSEC has built the blueprint for California’s energy strategy through the formation of Local Government Partnerships, Regional Energy Networks, and Community Choice Aggregations.
