LiveAdmins was founded in Chicago, Illinois, U.S. to address the increasing trend of consumers to shop online or to depend upon the internet for research for making offline purchases. LiveAdmins developed its WebGreeter service in 2002 and has since been providing Live Chat online sales & customer service solutions. Initially, we were using third-party live chat software but since that technology was lacking in functionality essential for efficient service delivery, we developed our own technology, which we call WG Live Chat Software.

Over the years, we have broadened our scope in terms of the type of websites we serve, offering a wide variety of Live Chat solutions across a multitude of industries. We have grown into an international company: LiveAdmins has offices and Web Centers located throughout the globe. We have expanded our network to include service in multiple languages, including Arabic.
