Listen To Act

Listen to Act is an independent charity that started life in 2012 as a local London Healthwatch covering Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, and Hammersmith & Fulham. We facilitate engagement and involvement programmes that energise conversations around what good health, care, and housing services look like. We use our expertise in community engagement to deliver a range of bespoke fixed term projects and ongoing engagement programmes that harness community insights, improve health outcomes, and reduce inequalities. Who we work with We promote a collaborative decision-making ethos in the community and workplace, working alongside service providers, local authorities, and local people to identify what issues need addressing and use what’s been learnt to advise teams on constructive changes and next steps.
