As a society we have forgotten how to listen. With hatred and polarization at an all-time high, identifying the humanity in others, regardless of ideological preferences, skin color or cultural heritage, couldn’t be more important right now.
Listen Courageously is an empathy-inducing workshop that invites people to have heart-to-heart conversations that lead to understanding, as well as ‘listen to see’ past stereotypes.
After the success of our award-winning documentary film ‘List(e)n’ at film festivals, we now use it as a listening and engagement tool, to get people to realize that genuine connections are indeed possible despite our differences.
Guided by our trained facilitators, during the workshops, we have participants address their listening blocks and safely take steps to engage in positive dialogue across divides.
Recent Reviews:
“I was fortunate to have been invited to the List(e)n Courageously virtual workshop and it was incredibly impactful. This should be a "must view and participate" for everyone. If you have the chance, do it! You will likely be moved by the experience. We might make even the world a little better, too.... one conversation at a time.” - Kam Amato, Kellogg School of Management
"Listen Courageously is needed now more than ever. In the session, not only did we learn to listen but also learned how to engage in meaningful conversations with people who might think differently. It was a moving and insightful experience... Emotional intelligence is needed in the workspace and Listen Courageously equips us with such tools." - Rocio Ortega, United Nations Foundation Girl Up.
