Lisbon Street Kitchen is born from the need to nurture the members of our
community and help our ecosystem thrive. We don’t look at ourselves as a
company, because doing so puts us immediately in that impersonal bucket. We
are a family, bound by values, galvanized by the possibilities of what we can
create collectively. To do so requires an open-minded philosophy that we all
here at LSK share.
We embrace new ideas that hold the power to shake things up. And to address
the needs of an ever-changing society, we need to listen to people so we have
designed an open space out of Libertà, our first physical kitchen, that allows
ideas to float through.
We have a few kitchens under our belt, but what binds them together is not in
what we do, but how we approach it. That’s why we brought Chef Silvio
Armanni onboard. Hailing from Castione della Presolana just outside Bergamo
but having manned some of the most renowned restaurants in the bustling
capitals of Hong Kong and Tokyo, our Michelin-star Chef Silvio has been
exposed to every kind of challenge. And our challenge was to craft delicious,
outstanding quality meals that can be thoroughly enjoyed at honest prices and
with a light conscience, for both on and off-site consumption. This took some
time and creativity to crack, but we got it!
Food has the ability to connect, but to us, it’s a conduit to game-changer ideas.
Do you have ideas that will make us better citizens? We’re here to listen.
Welcome to LSK, a collective of kitchens that enriches souls.
