In 2019, Lisa started Lisa Grimm Communications focused on helping purpose-driven food + wellness brands, non-profits, and conscious private equity groups develop powerful communications and channel strategies at the intersection of product and purpose that build reputation and relevance and drive business results.
She also advises/coaches business leaders and teams on marketing evolution, social and digital media operations/integration, team management, and talent optimization. Lisa also helps individuals 1:1 with career development and major life transitions.
Prior to founding Lisa Grimm Communications, Lisa led integrated brand content, social media, and influencer marketing at Whole Foods Market, an Amazon Company. Prior to joining Whole Foods, Lisa led PR + Emerging Media for space150, social, PR and digital strategy for Mall of America.
