It tracks the date and reason of use of each contract record, which can number in the millions. • Call Center Plus Software- Web based software for outbound/inbound calling, scalable to hundreds of callers. It tracks call history, schedules call backs, sends email(s) and materials to contacts, updates call lists, and can manage hundreds of projects simultaneously. It contains multiple reports with real time data for internal use and for client access via the Internet. It tracks caller performance and cost data. The Link It Call Center was implemented to promote Link It's products. It was subsequently opened to outside clients.
