Welcome to Lincoln White Investigations, LLP ("LWI"), a California law firm committed to providing high quality, unbiased workplace and school investigations that are through, reliable, and timely. Founded by Marisa Lincoln and Stephanie White, experienced labor and employment law and education law attorneys, LWI’s areas of expertise include investigations into allegations of unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment (including Title IX), abusive conduct/bullying, retaliation, and whistleblower complaints. LWI also offers Title IX services, and interactive trainings for sexual harassment prevention, Title IX, and conducting effective investigations. Prior to founding LWI, Marisa and Stephanie were partners at a large California law firm, where they practiced labor and employment and education law. There, while leading the firm’s Investigation and Title IX practice groups, they formed a strong bond based on their shared passion for investigations and their similar core values.
