Lilian Faithfull Care Charity

A charity providing care and support across our homes and adult day hubs, with a ‘home for life’ promise for residents in Gloucestershire since 1946. Our six care homes offer a range of care including respite care, residential care, nursing care, dementia care, ‘end of life’ (or palliative) care. We also support people living independently through our apartments and adult day care hub. We remain true to our founder Lilian Faithfull’s principles of the charity; a desire to improve the lives of others through care and dedication. As a charity we put care before profit and promise a ‘home for life - operating differently from commercial care home providers. Our ‘Home for Life’ pledge means we never ask a resident to leave if they are unable to finance their own care, which is such a great reassurance for them. In 2022 this pledge supported elderly residents’ fees to an incredible amount of £1.5 million. Lilian Faithfull Care focuses on the care, support and well-being of residents, day guests, their families and our staff. We take pride in caring for those who helped form our way of life. We should never forget our older generation formed our modern way of living. It’s our duty to care for them as they have already given so much to our society.
