Lighting by Design was founded by Paul and Tina Mihranian in 1988, and is located in Exton, Pennsylvania. We specialize in serving builders, interior designers and retail clients. We also offer consultations and lighting solutions, curated to each client's specific needs. Our creative and educated team, alongside a beautiful showroom and robust online presence, ensure our dedication to competitive pricing, and informative guidance. Services Provided We provide lighting and design services for new homes, apartments, townhouses, landscapes, renovations, schools, churches, restaurants, retail space, banks and office buildings. Our client base is comprised of residential and commercial builders, architects, designers and the home owner. Areas Served Most of our work is in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. However, thanks to our network of clients and their referrals as well as national account work, we have worked and are working on projects all over the country. Also, we recently completed projects in Canada and the Dominican Republic.
