With Lifeguard, a trusted Registered Nurse is appointed to provide virtual concierge care, coordinate patient health and wellness services, and collaborate with a dynamic, interprofessional team. After asking all of the important questions, a thorough assessment will be conducted to address all needs, no matter what they may be. From there, the team will work collaboratively with the client, family members, and existing care providers to develop a customized plan that ensures fully integrated care, timely communication, and peace of mind for each Lifeguard client and their family.
